Low pressure service

Mostly great, few troubling issues

Scott Cole was a fantastic dealer to work with. In fact, though we didn't go with the first few cars he showed us and had options elsewhere, we came back to see if he had other options because we enjoyed working with him so much. He was helpful, kind, and we could tell he had our best interest at heart. Also, when we had issues with the car, we brought it in and Scott and other workers were extremely helpful in getting the car fixed. However, the car had more issues right off the bat than anticipated, which did not instill confidence. Additionally, the business manager was extremely high pressure and made a handful of disrespectful comments.

It went smoothly. I appreciated the phone call updates from the service manager. When I told him I couldn't leave the Jeep overnight, he was quick to make sure the technician completed the work the same day.
