I thought the purchase process for my CPO Cayenne was one of the more pleasant dealership experiences I have had. DeAndre in Sales was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car, and was very attentive in following up after my initial visit. He was very supportive in answering questions, but I never felt pressured toward a decision. Gen in the Finance Department was very thorough in his explanations of the various options, and I appreciated his candid input on which extras were necessary in my situation and which ones were not. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I am very happy with the car so far!

Elvis, my service advisor, provided expert technical advice on my last visit. I drove more miles than expected over the last few months, and knew the basics needed attention. After studying my recent visits, Elvis consulted with the assigned technician and Linda, the service manager. He proposed an ideal solution which provides me some leeway for my next visit, kept my costs reasonable, addressed all recommended service requirements, and put me back on the road quickly. The Silver Spring Porsche team is wonderful - from scheduling and your greeting through the after service follow-up. If you have not visited for service, give them a try. Kofi, Brian, and Elvis are all service oriented, outstanding advisors, following the example set by Linda.

What service! I didn't even buy my car here, but was very happy to be recommended to this place. They are for sure on my radar now. Gen's personal service is phenomenal, and he truly loves what he does. He went above and beyond what I needed, consulted with other staff, and had options/recommendations for me. Really surprised me. VERY impressed with my experience. They didn’t have the exact car I wanted and they brought it in from Connecticut and then went above and beyond on all of the other competent of what is typically an annoying process. Atanas was fantastic! Definitely see him! Brian, Ed and Mr.Nguyen were all so helpful! 10/10! Love my new Audi Q6!
