Excellent Service, Best Car Experience

I liked how everyone went out of their way to make my experience one of the best I have ever had at ANY dealership. Charles even stayed late to show me all of the functions on my car that I was no familiar with. Rod really went out of the way to help me find a car that suited me.

Smooth, no surprises except how easy it was.

Told me a competitive price right up front; no games, no sneaky tactics. No broken price promises between handoff from salesman to manager; sadly a common event at the other dealerships I visited but not these guys. That's why they got my business. Some problems with out of state registration, tried to charge too much for taxes/fees. I asked them to go direct to my county office and they fixed the problem.

Drew Dixon was extremely nice and professional and the car was waiting for me ready to go when I arrived. I drove 3 hrs from Norfolk to purchase my GTI and everything was great. The guy that did my financing was easy to work with and everything was done in no time. I will buy my next car again @ your dealership. Thanks for everything.

Great Service

Darrell McMillion is the best Service Consultant I have ever met. He is why, despite moving 13 miles farther north, we continue to come back to Karen Radley. When it came time to choose a new car, I asked Darrell and he favorably recommended the Passat TDI v. a gas Passat. I asked him who he would recommend as our salesperson and Darrell as usual pointed us in the right direction. Our salesperson, 'T', was very good to work with and we would recommend her too.

I can't help but give 1 star because no one even called me back when I submitted a requested online at cars.com for a test drive. A couple weeks later, someone called to get feedback on the quality of the service that I never got.
