I just had my acura tsx serviced at Karen Radley. My service writer Omar is the best in the business. He performs his job very thoroughly and I only trust him with my car. When it comes to customer service he is great and he kept me informed of any concerns he had of the car. Because of him, I will continue to be a loyal Karen Radley customer. Acura Service

I just had my 2010 acura tsx serviced and all I can say is that it's been a great experience. Omar Gardezi was my service writer and he will be the only reason I will continue to be a Karen Radley customer. He is very knowledgeable and does a very thorough job of making sure my vehicle is properly taken care. After years of being a Pohanka customer I have moved to Karen Radley Acura now because of the great customer service. Thank you

Karen Radley staff = EXCELLENCE

I got a screw in the sidewall of my brand new tire (got new tires from you about 6 mo ago). The service station said they couldn't repair it and it needed replacing. I called Acura and they said they had the tire in stock and I could come in after work and they would fix it. Guess what? FOR FREE!!!! What a pleasant suprise! You guys rock!
