Great job!

I was very happy with the work on our truck. The work took longer than expected and the insurance wouldn't pay for the extra 3 days of rent car, but the dealership did. My only complaint would be that it took 3 days longer than quoted, and the guy at the dealership could have kept me informed better.

Treated Like Royalty

I was concerned about driving my pickup to the dealership and spoke with Paul Johnson regarding same. He gave me advice and I was relieved by his knowledge and assurances. When I arrived my pickup went to the service area to be diagnosed and an estimate given. I cannot say how much I appreciated being updated when there was a glitch which caused the repair to take longer than expected. The very caring demeanor of Paul when he arranged for me to be taken to eat lunch and be picked up was appreciated. Just very pleased with James Wood dealership's business practices. The waiting area was very well light and pleasantly cooled. Coffee and donuts were available. The work was completed some time later than first anticipated and my waiting and patience was acknowledged. Pick up running well! Thank you.
