This dealership is the tops of all the dealerships I have experienced in almost 50 years, over 40 cars and three Mercedes Benz automobiles. Hal Martin is the single most knowledgable salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

You Have Been Warned, Shay why dint You call back?

What a bad experience when dealing with mercedes staff . I had purchase a new sprinter and had set to ship. In between had the van tinted and lettered. When I was instructed that I would need to apply for personal plate was not a issue. They sent me a week later the plate and because they picked the standard could not read. When I called the sales lead started into a mental meltdown on the phone. Yelling and explaining he was make no commission they don't pay him enough and he went out of his way. I explained he was very unprofessional and to relax before he has a heart attack. Called back asked for Shay the top guy still a year no call back. The van did not know needs the blue additive when filled ran all over driveway, the air went out and the wax inside the panels dripped down the rocker panels. Still trying to sort out also the sliding door arm rusted did not replace just scrubbed with scotchbrite and because the hitch electrical hookup is welded in too close to the receiver you cannot install a locking pin. Called the corporate number and you cannot get nothing more than a nice blowoff. I will be buying the ford next as it is less the fit and finish is better and my experience with customer service is better when they go above polite I'm sorry and acual lay move to correct and justified concerns. To get a true feel of what customer service shoul not be speak to Mark Racano ,he will remember his words and there's always two sides to every story but I emailed all the way through so that there was a clear communication of what was going on. As I have bought peter list ,internationals and many servive vehicles am familiar with the way they are to conduct themselves and perform their service. If their. Commission is not acceptable I don't want to hear it that's a in house issue which the customer has no interest in. Suggest because of that location and that after several calls to GM Shay and corporate not moving to correct best to now go ford that entered this market in a big way,these sprinters also harder to rack ,badly placed hold owns and grips. No covers for floor hooks so when rubber mat floor you have little potholes. I have been limiting the milage so I can trade in next year and build fleet with fords- you only make a mistake like this once- hope it helps someone on the fence

No body act like they wanted to talk to us,so korly was the only one , that ask us do we need help.He was very kind and he took us on a test drive.i will be back and he will be the one i will be looking up. you all need to stop judging peoples you don't know what people got.i had a friend of mind ,came back a few years ago and was going to get a new one and the young saleman keep trying to sell her a use one.and she went down to another dealer and brought a new car. ok God Bless Ms Raynor. p.s you don't half to keep calling me ,when i am ready Korley will know.

I visited your dealer ship for service on My Mercedes Benz for the first time and I was blown away with the level of service that Mr. Fleites provided from start to finish. Mr. Roberto Fleites was very attentive to all of my concerns and seemed genuinely interested in helpin g me with all my service concerns rather than just being focused on getting me in and out of the service department as soon as possible like I have experience in the past with other dealer ships/ service centers. Mr. Roberto Fleites even took the time to tell me about recommended repairs that will be due soon without sounding like he was pressuring me to do them. I am extremely happy with the service provided and I will be recommending everyone to your deal ship and service center.

Dear Mr. Rowe, This past Sunday around noon, my Audi wagon died on US 1 in Sebastian. Within a few minutes, your service advisor, Roger Gulliver, pulled up to my car. He was passing in the opposite direction, his wife was in the car and he was on his way to meet friends for lunch, but he turned around and came back to help.He called the dealership to arrange for a loaner car and tried to arrange towing.. He offered to wait for AAA to come and tow the car. I insisted that he continue on to lunch. I had a friend with me and was in a safe spot. He called several times from the restaurant for updates and when the tow truck arrived he met me at the dealership My husband and I are good customers, having purchased two Audis from your dealership, but Mr Gulliver did not know that when he turned around. We have always received great service from your dealership but this was above and beyond. Mr Gulliver could have continued on US1 that Sunday afternoon and no one would have been the wiser. He did not. I'm sure you hear plenty when things go wrong. Mr Gulliver made an inconvenient situation easier to handle. I thank him.

My mercedes dealership is the best

i cannot begin to explain my experience with buying a car from this dealership,my sales man clint was wonderful and beyond helpful ,still is 4 month after i have the car ,wants to make sure i'm still happy. this dealership offers a place of comfort while you may need work done on your car ,it doesn't want you to have to waste your time while waiting,eat ,work on a computer or just relax ,get a message and take this hard to call what this time is but i call it me time !!!! they are all so nice from clint to mr mercedes man himself (sorry his name just left my brain ) i was told i am now in this family and they are right .it's my new family in melbourne ..even if i don't need work on my car i'm welcome to the upstairs lounge and all it offers ,so why wouldn't i visit melbourne (btw i live in titusville 45 minutes away ) more often ,truth is i do ! i am looking foward with regret in a way to trading in my beautiful new 2006 clk 320 but i WILL never not but a car but from them .i am a mercedes ownwer FOREVER !!!! MARY

Superb Customer Service

We were in the market for a new Mercedes E350 Cabriolet as a 60th B-day gift for my wife and myself to each other. We shopped the local market (3 dealers within 30 miles) and felt like the dealers were doing us a favor vs. attempting to meet with our needs. The vehicle had to be ordered direct from Germany. They were attempting to encourage us to purchase a vehicle they had on the lot/showroom floor and with NO room for negotiating price. Mercedes of Melbourne (80 miles away) was very receptive and attentive as well as willing to meet a price I had with an out of State dealer. We ordered the car with the equipment we desired. We were willing to wait the 3 months to do business with a dealer who really wanted to and did earn our business. The vehicle arrived with an issue from the factory whereby the emissions had to be re-certified (a soft recall) prior to taking delivery. The dealer offered and provided a free loaner until such time that our new vehicle was 100% and ready to be delivered. They went above and beyond the call of duty and I look forward to a sustainable relationship with them. Just wish they were located closer to home.
