Service Problem

I brought the Explorer in because the surface condition selector knob went dark and I got a message to check advance trac and the vehicle was very difficult to steer. my understanding is that there were diag codes stored but because you were not able to recreate the problem nothing could be done. Because of this I now have to drive the vehicle wondering if,when and where this will reoccur

Customer acknowledgement.

It would be nice if someone could look up from their work and greet the customer when he/she enters the service office. Since they are busy, they can say "we'll be with you in a moment". I've been there multiple times, and find myself standing there with no acknowledgement for many minutes that I'm even in their presence.
