Miss the old dealership....

This dealership has lost many of its most valuable assets...its good employees. Formerly Davis Moore, the previous staff always performed outstanding work and always returned my cars in better condition than when I brought it in. Mike Ivy (service advisor as D.M.) always took care of us as customers and went out of his way to assure are needs were met. His positive attitude, integrity, and work ethic are what keep us as returning customers. With the new name at this dealership, I slowly began to see many new faces and a change in work standards that would have not applied under the previous dealership name. Now that Mike no longer works there the customer relationship between me and this dealership is invalid. Substandard work ethics and low morale drift in the air at this dealership. I believe that the leadership at the service management level is not to blame, but the leadership at a higher level may lack understanding in moral and ethical practices of running day-to-day operations. Clearly, it is about saving and making a buck while the customer gets second-rate service. This was noted instantly when the name changed. This dealership has lost yet another great management asset to its business, and now has lost a loyal customer.

THE SALESMAN TREATED US WITH UTMOST RESPECT. NO PUSHY SALES TO BUY THIS OR THAT. NO STRESS AT THIS DEALERHSHIP. I WOULD RECOMMEND DAVIS-MOORE NISSAN TO EVERYONE. THEY HAVE MANY VEHICLES TO CHOOSE FROM, PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND PEOPLE TREAT YOU RIGHT.

Online Search Resulted in Opps!

Found a 2011 Nissan Rogue listed for $3,000. I had to call them - just in case it wasn't a mis-print. Alas, it was. The sales-gal I spoke to was very sweet.
