They had to fix it 3 times & got into an accident!

Initially, I intended to go to the Beverly Hills dealership to have my CLS serviced. I was advised to do so. But I had dealt with Downtown before, so I returned to them. I came in for a simple A-Service but quickly found out my car needed much more. Major repairs, actually. What stood out the most was Juan Kim's impeccable communication and kindness. Refreshing to see that in todays poor customer service. After explaining to me the items needed and the cost I was floored to see the price I intended to pay had increased in price 10x's. But they were issues with the car from before me owning it and they were needed, so to me it's as simple as that. Thankfully I was under an extended warranty and Juan had dealt with them before. He put me in a rental car and took care of it all. Once the car was repaired, I had to return it the very next morning. The computer detected other issues caused by the repaired issues. Needless to say, Juan took care of that for me as well. Well, believe it or not, 2 days later, more check engine light problems arisen and I once again needed to return the car. At this point I was LIVID. Juan had the car diagnosed and at this point the service manager Curtis Rost got involved. He called me directly and Juan consoled me be calling from even his personal phone. They explained to me the issues and how they came about and I fully understood. They took care of it for me. It doesn't stop there... While out doing the final test drive, the service technician got into a car accident in my car. It wasn't his fault. Some lady was txt'g and driving and rear ended him in my car. I had to laugh. But accidents happen and I understood. They facilitated the repairs for me with FIX-IT (their authorized repair partner) and they made the car look better than it did originally, so who am I to complain? It cost me nothing but time and understanding. Because of their persistent attention to detail and extreme friendliness, after 3-weeks of this ordeal, I am totally satisfied with Curtis & Juans ability to "take care of the customer". Because of it, I won't go to any other dealer for anything. Even if I have to drive out of my way. My future Benz purchases will come from Downtown as well, especially if their sales team is even 1/2 as good as their service team. - Mr. Shannon W. Rawls
