This was the 8th Acura we've purchased from Acura of Auburn. This is easily the best dealership we've ever dealt with. In fact, the vehicle that I traded in was a Lexus and I gave the local Lexus dealership first chance at a trade in and pricing on a new version of the vehicle I was trading in. After the Lexus dealership played the let me go check with my manager game for a little over two hours, they did come up with a fairly good price that I was just about to sign off on. Then the sales rep, Chris, told me that I'd have to wait at the dealership for another couple hours for their finance manager to have time to put the deal together for me to sign. I said I'd return sometime later in the day, which he didn't seem to want me to leave. I then stopped by Acura of Auburn and told Nate and Ken about the deal offered by Lexus, asked about a test drive in the ADX, and left my trade for them to look at. I came back from my test drive, we talked about what they thought they could do, and within 5 minutes we had a deal. No games, no deception, no pressure, just really friendly and fair treatment in a fraction of the time I spent with Lexus. I then called the local Lexus dealership back and informed Chris that I was going elsewhere and he basically snapped at me, saying I wasted his time? I think he may have gotten that one backwards:) From that point Johnny took over and was absolutely awesome in terms of taking care of everything and setting up an appointment for pick up. At pick up, I signed the paperwork with Erica, who is so very nice, friendly, and efficient, she fits in perfectly at this 5 star dealership. Pick up went great and I've had the ADX for 4 days now and couldn't be happier. Once again, this was the 8th Acura our family has purchased from Acura of Auburn and my wife and I have decided we will not torture ourselves anymore by going to any other car dealership. Nobody does it better that Acura of Auburn and that's where all of our future automobile business will go. Thank you Nate, Ken, Johnny, Erica, and everyone at Acura of Auburn, you guys are the best, easily!

I haven't bought a new car in over 25 years.

I haven't bought a new car in over 25 years. I was sticking to 1 to 2 year cars until this recent purchase of an Acura MDX. I have to say that it was a fantastic experience and the team we dealt with was exceptional. Don is an excellent salesman - no pressuring just offering up the facts that we needed to make our decision. Both me and my husband enjoyed working with him. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. He, as well as the rest of the team with dealt (Ken and Erica) made the car buying experience (which is normally stressful) a very pleasant experience! My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership if you want to buy a new car. It has a nice "small town" feel to it, which is great. I've been to the other dealers in the Boston area and you are just a number there. They honestly don't care if they get your business or not in my experience. That is not the vibe you get at Acura of Auburn. Huge thanks to Don, Ken and Erica for all of their help!
