Dylan was great! Very professional, friendly, well-informed and very motivated to do the best job possible! He even dropped what he was doing later in the shift when I was struggling with my computer screen and he got it back to where I wanted it again. The technician working on the job was similarly very pleasant and easy to work with. He was able to hear the problem we described and fixed it right away. 5 stars!
