HHR Recall

Chevrolet Sonic Purchase, August 2014

I had a great experience at Diamond Chevrolet regarding the purchase of my new Chevrolet Sonic. Tyler Smeltzer, the Sales and Leasing Consultant who assisted me, was extremely professional and demonstrated substantial knowledge of the GM brand, including the Chevrolet Sonic. He was patient in showing me the vehicle a few times and effectively addressed all of my questions. I also appreciate the fact that he took the time to follow up with me several times while I was considering the purchase of the vehicle. Tyler also listened and responded well to what was most important to me in a new car, including the style and affordability of the car, and made sure that my needs were met. He also kept me well informed throughout the entire process of the purchase and made certain that the car was in exceptional condition when I picked the Sonic up. It was also a great pleasure to do business with Derek DiFederico, the Busniess Manager, who worked diligently to secure financing at a reasonable interest rate given my credit challenges and made sure that the monthly payment was affordable. He also went the extra mile to include an additional $500.00 cash incentive discount, along with gap insurance. Derek exhibited the utmost professionalism and thoroughness in explaining all aspects of the required paperwork, as well as in addressing all questions that I had about the paperwork. Additionally, I found the atmosphere at the dealership to be very welcoming and inviting. The showroom, including the seating area was very comfortable and everyone was extremely friendly.
