Outstanding Experience

Outstanding Experience My salesman, Homero Lima, made the day and changed a bad experience from several years back to one of the BEST experiences that I won?t easily forget. Homero delivered excellent service, was knowledgeable about the product, and was patient with several of my questions. Plus he had a super professional and friendly demeanor. I came back to the dealership prior to my lease ending because I was to going over the stipulated mileage on my former lease. (I had a difficult year with my 80-year mom being in and out of the hospital four times. All of those extra trips added to the overage.) Homero eased my fears and was able to get me best deal and into a new 2014 Honda Civic for the same amount that I was paying for the previous lease. Truly amazing!! He made sure that I was happy every step of the way, coordinated the logistics and all the necessary paperwork with his superiors. What a wonderful blessing. I love my new car and I will spread the word about how great this dealership is with everyone I know. On a scale of 1-10, both Homero Lima and Herb Chambers deserve a 10. Thank you for a positive leasing experience with great customer service!

Loving my CRV!

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I brought my CRV in for servicing a few years back and ended up trading it for something with better gas mileage, due to the amount I put on from work. I bought my Insight there and continue to bring it there for servicing. I always get the best price on oil changes because it is a hybrid and it takes synthetic oil, so any where else I would be paying upwards of $75.00. I conveniently get coupons when it's about time to change it. The customer service is great. They have always been courteous. The only thing I might say I had an issue with was when I bought my car. I might have been able to get a better deal if I wasn't a younger, in knowledgeable, female, but that's the gamble you take anywhere if you don't know your stuff. Outside of that, the service had been excellent and the customer service has been excellent.

Above and Beyond to Deliver a Car 120 miles!

After looking for a particular car (Meredes GL450) in the Connecticut / New York area, I expanded my search and found one at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk, MA. I called and asked if there was any way to see the car, and they put me in touch with John Mitchell, who offered on his day off to drive the car 120 miles from Seekonk, MA to New Canaan, CT to let me see it and test drive it. The car was perfect, but missing the floor mats and 2nd row headrests. We signed the papers and John promised to include those missing items. They had some trouble registering the car in CT, mostly because their runner who was familiar with CT registrations was on vacation for July 4th. When she returned, they registered the car and delivered it the same 120 miles to CT, with the headrests. Awesome! John let me know to expect a set of new factory floor mats in a few days, and he also sent the owner's manual as well. The car is in excellent shape and Herb Chambers is definitely a trustworthy and reputable dealer. Highly recommended!

Great Service, Painless Experience

Domenica was friendly, professional, and helpful with the purchase of my first automobile. After a change of heart, she made changing out from the Honda Fit (which wasn't too great of a fit after all) to my Honda Insight easy and painless. As a first time buyer, I was initially intimidated by the process, but Domenica and the great people at Herb Chambers Seekonk were straightforward and transparent about the entire process.

Can't Find the car!

Can't Find the car! We called ahead to test drive a 2011 Honda Accord exl, upon arriving the car could not be found, and after driving more than an hour to see it my blood pressure started to boil, Russ Curran soon put me at ease after running thru every lot (on a really hot day only to find out it had been brought to another Herb chambers, Russ was very reassuring and had the car returned. He took the time to go over everything. Very nice person and no pressure sales! My only complaint is I asked numerous times (even asked the internet person I talked with only she didn't give an answer, just ignored that question all together) about the extended warranty, if it was included in the price and I was told it was only to get to finance and be told it would cost extra. If they were upfront with this it would make for an almost flawless transaction.

The car I wanted...the experience that delighted! I went in with my 2013 Honda Odyssey (my second) for service. I was working with Tim and Malainne. AWESOME customer service skills. I had a simple repair to make and they even brought me back to meet with Dennis (Awesome Honda Technician) and see the van on the lift. I had been wanting a 4x4 for many years...but with new babies I always stayed with mini vans for their ease of use. Since the babies are now kids, I figured I'd "kick the tires" of a Pilot (what I've really wanted) for the heck of it! First, I shot the breeze with the GM (Scott Birtles) and he was extremely low pressure and fun to talk with...it was clear that his primary interests are to provide a great customer experience and to build long lasting relationships. Then, I was checking out a 2013 Pilot and was fortunate enough to call upon Homero Lina to ask for a test drive. Homero was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely sincere. NO PRESSURE whatsoever. A complete joy to work with! Well, we know how this story ends up...I loved the Pilot and within a few hours I was the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk! Couldn't have asked for more

My experience at Herb Chambers of Seekonk was a great one with no stress what so ever. I felt as if they really cared about my business, and would work hard to meet the specifications of the car I was interested in. My sales man was Miguel Nebot, he did a great job with keeping me in the loop with everything that was going on and worked hard to get the car I really wanted. That car was the 2014 Honda Accord, which is amazing by the way. The only stipulation I had was that I needed to have a standard transmission and Miguel work hard to make that happen. Again I had a great experience at Herb Chambers of Seekonk and it was mainly due to my sales man Miguel Nebot.

Awesome Experience!

I dealt with Brian Delsesto with my new car purchase recently and couldn't say one bad thing about my experience. I went to Herb Chambers in Seekonk in search for an exact car; 2014 Civic EX-L in black. Even though they didn't have this car in stock, he found one and had it at the dealership within 24 hours (this was not an easy car to find, I know this because I had been searching myself!). Unfortunately Seekonk is a far commute for me, so being able to talk to Brian over the phone to work most every thing out was very helpful. He made the whole process extremely easy and always got back to me when he said he would. He took his time explaining everything and didn't laugh at my stupid questions! I appreciate all the help I have received and would recommend to anyone! Brian is an asset to this company! And I love my new Civic :)
