First time VW buyers

When we first entered the dealership we were simply there re To find details about the 2015 Jetta wagon. The salesperson replied to that request in a friendly efficient way and left us alone. When we re-entered the dealer ship after finding a vehicle of interest in the lot she was attentive to our inquiry but not pushy. We took a test drive and found our sales person informative on every aspect of the Jetta we drove and subsiquently purchased. Through out the the process she was helpful informative listened and advised us according to our concerns. Through-out the lenthly process she remained attentive to our requests and inquirerys. After our purchase was finished she competently guided us through the complex systems of programming and operation of the vehicle in a friendly competent self assuring manner. Customer based and fully cooperative at every turn. She provided clear accurate and helpful interaction at every level. At 63 and wife of 43 yrs who is 61 agree that of the many,many major purchases, cars, trucks,boats, motorcycles several homes and vacation properties , this sales person is without peer in accomidations to our needs and desires and concerns. We surely hope that she is only the first positive link in a long interaction with VW of Orland Park.

Service department has the BEST Customer Service

Ed and Sergio really know how to treat customers..They are total rock stars in my book.. The only reason a come to VW of Orland is because of the red carpet service i receive w/Ed and Sergio.. I can't say much about the salespeople upstairs since there were some changes. All I can say is the last time I went upstairs to check on a 2015 vehicle I did not feel that warm welcome from the last time I purchased my car which was in 2013 -- hopefully things will get better in time

Great Golf

I bought a used Beetle when I had my first child thinking it would be a good family car.....wrong. While I loved my Beetle and it sold me on another VW. I needed to find the best deal possible. I live 5 minutes from dealership and after reading reviews I wanted a used or new 2014 GOLF. After a little internet haggling I got a better price on my Golf than any advertised Golf of same model year nationwide and they gave me $2,500.00 than I paid for my 2012 Beetle I traded in which I had bought under a month ago. As stated earlier I had to bring my infant with me they were more than accommodating and had a very clean dealership. I will suggest them to friends and family and my Golf is my favorite car I have ever owned from Lexus to BMW Corvettes and still have my Mustang thanks to the great deal, and the great car. The Golf is as nice as any car costing twice as much in categories of build quality and over all prestige in my opinion. Thank you VWOOP

Was given a thorough explanation about my Jetta recall, from a very professional young man. I did not have an appt and was greeted and welcomed as soon as I drove into the garage. Also, he applied a coupon to the purchase of my wiper blades!
