McGrath Lexus of Westmont

Terrible experience! In two words: unprofessional & disrespectful. This location told us that they would not tell estimate our monthly payment if we put X money down, paid X sales taxes, etc. They said that in order to look at numbers, they would have to run my credit first! I have never have any car dealership work in this fashion. Because of this request, Justin ("Big J") said that he "doesn't know what our problem is" and "doesn't know why we were being so difficult". No customer should be treated like this in an facet of retail, let alone when you are ready to buy a $30,000 car. Then, when we spoke to the manager, Tom, he apologized and took our phone number to call us the next day AND HE NEVER DID! There are too many other dealerships out there with great service and respect for their customers to have to put up with the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment.

Very unprofessional. Tried to sell used car already in financing dept. (that's what they told me) Had to ask and wait for keys and license back. Horrible. Salesman angry and rude. Don't waste your time in Westmont.

I drove all the way from Angola, IN to purchase my Lexus ES 300 from this Lexus dealership and they were great to work with. Sales Rep. Glenn Ginter treated me with respect and did an oustanding job during the test drive, negotiating and transaction of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. When I am ready for an upgrade or another vehicle, I plan on returning to this dealership. Even though they are three hours away, they have earned my respect and future business.

I just purchased a new ES 350 from Larry Pebelske at McGrath Lexus of Westmont. Larry is very kind and patient. He knows how to treat a customer. The dealership is beautiful. I will all of my friends to Larry.

I purchased a GS 350 from Glenn Ginter, he was very helpful... Mike Connery finalized everything and I am now the proud owner of a Lexus. Needless to say, if I need another in a year or so, I will contact them! My only gripe, is that I don't have a FULL tank of gas! :) Thanks.
