Courteous service, wifi while you wait, free wash.

As always, I appreciate there is a room with wifi where I can work while I wait for my service to finish. (I think there was a brief wifi outage tho.) Also, nice that I can get a complementary car wash. My service coordinator (forgot name) was very courteous.

Bill Nipp was my service guy and he was great: knowledgeable, informative, kind, and patient when receiving my car for service and when explaining my repairs. He helped me prioritize my repairs so I could spread them out over a few service trips. He also found me a coupon to reduce the cost. In fact, everyone I talked to displayed top-notch customer service.

Had a great experi nice getting my vehicle looked at. It was a small issue that didn't require any parts. They could've charged me much more to fix it, but I only paid the fee for the half hour of time. I was very happy with everything.

Pete Solber is always terrific and very welcoming. He explains your needs, offers excellent suggestions. His staff is equally good. I frequent a Toyota dealership in Florida which has a great, huge facility but a very deficient staff. Give me Pete and the guys anytime!

IT GETS NO BETTER THAN THIS!

These guys at Northside Toyota are like friends. Bob Heath, Peter and Jeff Solber are absolutely outstanding and are always there for me. As strange as this sounds, I actually enjoy stopping in for an occasional visit. Lastly, I can tell you that Greg is the Master of the Universe Auto Mechanic. A truly exemplary mechanic, a wonderful person, a fun guy, and someone who should be cherished and treasured by the powers that be. Ditto for Peter Solber and Bob Heath.
