Disappointed

As always your associates are friendly and helpful, however, we purchased, at the time of buying our latest car, an insurance policy for scratch and dent sold to us by Chris Townsend. However, when we bought our car in for service and told them about the scratches and dents, we were told that they were not covered. What good is the policy is they don't cover what we were told they would. We would never have bought the policy if it was explained in the beginning the way it was explained when we went in for service. We were very disappointed in the outcome. We would recommend your dealership to friends but tell them specifically to be very careful what is told by salesmen/

Immediate friendly knowledgable service

Entire experience was superb. We purchased our 2013 Subaru Outback from Mitchell. They just completed the 30,000 mile service. Every contact by email, phone or in person was more than satisfactory. The final cost of purchase and service was also very fair.
