Prior to going to Cardinal Honda me and my wife went to Westbrook Honda and were let down. First off the car wasn't at Westbrook Honda as previously promised, and the sales staff were not very helpful, and I really didn't even feel the want to purchase a car after walking around the lot and dealing with an associate. Having a check for a new vehicle in my pocket me and my wife then headed over to Cardinal Honda. It was a night and day difference. The staff at Cardinal were professional, kind, and really took the time to find us the car we wanted. Our sales associate (Alexander) did a phenomenal job of getting us the car we wanted at a great price, and showed us around the shop and staff to let us know they where standing behind the vehicle. I've never been an import guy, but after owning this Honda (2011 CRV) for a week I can say I will stick with Honda indefinitely. This car is exactly what I wanted and more, and even after a week I can say that I am still thankful that we went into Cardinal Honda. If your looking for a car and your in Connecticut, take my advice go to Cardinal Honda and ask for Alexander. I can promise you wont be let down.

GOOD SERVICE

I had a check engine light came on my Honda Accord as I was preparing for a weekend trip. I thought I would have to cancel my plans, but I called Cardinal Honda. It was Friday morning and I was sure I would not be able to get it in. I called - they told me to bring it right in. I was in and out in an hour or so and I was on my way to New Hampshire. That's good service! Thank you
