Over the Top!

I went to Westbrook Toyota late in the day for a long overdue oil change.I did not have an appointment. I was greeted quickly and with a smile. They checked a brake shimmy and the noise coming from the tires. I already knew I needed brakes and tires. The cost was a lot less than I expected. They have a program- buy 3 tires and get the 4th free! They performed the work while I waited, and even washed my car. Now that's service!

Westbriook Toyota - Toyota Highlander 2013

Dealership is clean and welcoming. Customers are treated very well. Personnel are courteous. Generally, the buying process went well, but took quite a long time. The salesperson was very good. The paperwork was slow and took too much time. We experience quite a bit of wait time during December of 2012. Service is generally very good and service managers are attentive. Exterior wash has generally been done each time. Service is completed on time. Would appreciate vacuuming of interior to go with exterior wash as a bonus to good customers. Cost - New vehicle is expensive. Add-ons for extended service are expensive. Service items not covered are expensive. It would help sales to keep costs down. Have not had any repairs to date after 1 1/2 years of ownership. Facilities are very good and welcoming for purchase or service.
