SIMPLY THE BEST! BMW GREENWICH

I recently leased my 2nd BMW from Alex Soyref at BMW Greenwich. Let me begin by saying he was a perfect gentlemen and a pleasure to work with. On both occasions I was offered a deal right from the start that no other dealer even came close to. He listened carefully to my needs and patiently dealt with my uncertainty on which options and how to proceed. Not once did I feel any pressure from him. Typical me, just a day or two before pick up, I changed my mind on options. I felt uncomfortable to tell him that once again I had changed my mind. His response after hearing from me was "no worries, I will take care of it. " And he did!!!! And with the luxury package the deal was just as good. Thanks to Alex reaching out to me with the BMW six month pull ahead program, I am now driving another BMW convertible. Except this one is a 2015 428xi convertible. It doesn't get better than that!!! And the payments were affordable. Thanks Alex as I am loving my car and all of you at BMW are always a pleasure to see. See u in a few years! :) I'M HAPPY!!!!

very confused bunch

called about a used car and was told its out in the lot...come on down...when i got there the salesman said hes going to get keys but says its in service in portchester...take a ride over and look he says...go to portchester and service does not have car...called back and the secretary has no idea about anything and asks me to leave a message...lol...really...dealership is the most confused and inconsiderate bunch i have ever dealt with...i own a small business and purchase vehicles often and never dealt with something like this...waste your time at your own risk

Used Car Experience

I was looking for a good value on a used car and came across a listing for a 2012 Mazda3 hatchback w 7500 mi. listed. When I called I was shocked at the paperwork fee. I was able to make an offer on the internet and was surprised to have it accepted at my terms. Everything went as planned no surprises and would do business with them again if needed.

Excellent Experience with Amazing Sales Rep Bert

Wanted to get a safe vehicle. But also needed to make sure it was affordable. Bert compared many prices for me and found one that worked for my budget. He was really nice, always willing to help and just very easy to deal with. I never had to ask for anything. He made the process really easy and weirdly enough, it was enjoyable. I just don't generally put enjoyable and car buying together. But Bert (the employee who sold car) was super nice and really organized and extremely accessible and just made everything go really smoothly.

THIS DEALERSHIP PROVIDES THE WORSE SALES EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRRRR!!!! I WAS ORDERING A CAR FROM THE SALES PERSON ALEX. AND AFTER KEEPING MY DEPOSIT FOR 3 WEEKS THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MANGER CALLS ME TELLING ME WE CAN NOT HONER THE PRICE THAT WE GAVE YOU AND TOOK YOUR DEPOSIT BASED UPON, NOW WE WANNA CHARGE YOU $2000 MORE. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I ADVICE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAYYYYYY.
