The dealership treats customers very well. My car buying experience with Angelo was fantastic. Angelo went above and beyond in not just making car buying easy but he keeps things very personal. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We are not from the area ( R.I.) but found a ceritified car I liked online. I contacted the dealer and Angelo reponded. I mentioned that I dreaded the whole experience of buying a car "worse than having four wisdom teeth pulled". Angelo respected my privacy and we dealt online and made a deal. We picked up the car and were delighted by the excellent treated we recived and the overall "rather enjoyable" experience of buying a car. We would highly recomend this dealer ship and look forward to buying another car from this dealership even though it's 120 miles away from home. A special "Thank You " to both Angelo and others at the dealership.Oh, the best for last- Angelo gave my wife roses- a true gentleman and nice person! Thanks, Brian

GOOD WORK

It went pretty much the way these thins are supposed to, and the service was processed through in a fair amount of time from drop-off to my picking it up. Really appreciated getting my same car (1 model-year later) as a loaner as well.

couldn't be more helpful

John and Lee at Volvo of Westport couldn't have been more helpful, clear, and friendly. The 2005 XC 70 wagon we bought from Volvo of Westport was exactly what we wanted for our daughter: clean, affordable, reliable, and a Volvo. These cars are in high demand and hard to come by (I know because I scoured Craig's List for several weeks and I had a buddy who is a Ford dealer in Rye look for me as well). To add to the difficulty of our transaction, we live in California and wanted to drive the car home. John and Lee got everything organized for us, and they stood by their product when an ABS light indicated brake issues. It took a few trips to the shop (always a loaner for me and never a wait), but they got the problem solved (loose connection in the steering column). We used to live in Westport and always serviced our Volvo with Volvo of Westport. Should we return one day, we will certainly remain loyal customers, and we will always steer people your way. Superb Car-Buying Experience in New England!!

Lee Weston did a superb job with our purchase of a 2011 Volvo C-30. His handling of this sale was as special as the car we purchased. Living in VA, we located the exact car my wife wanted (the only one we could find), in Westport, CT. Initially, we thought the car had been sold to another party and we were very disappointed. However, after @48hrs, Lee contacted us to let us know that the deal had not gone through and we could put a deposit on the car if we wanted it. Again, after @48hrs, we contacted Lee and made the deposit. About six days later, we headed for Westport on Friday morning hoping to get delivery of the car later that day. Even though it was Lee's scheduled day off, he told us to contact him and he'd be there for the actual sale and delivery. Traffic and weather conditions delayed our journey and we had to tell Lee that we couldn't make it to the dealership prior to closing time, even though he was there waiting. We met Lee for the transaction Sat. morning and we couldn't be happier with both the car and Lee's excellent customer service. We felt like we'd known him all of our lives and he oriented us on the area and made recommendations for entertainment and food options. Just a fantastic experience....thank you, Lee. John Daley was also extremely helpful in making the financial transactions and coordinating the paperwork. Furthermore, he coordinated the tax payment to the State of VA and is coordinating the tax and title, as well. John's customer service is great too. I must say, we didn't meet anyone at Volvo of Westport that wasn't friendly and accommodating. I would certainly do business with them again and I truly wish they would relocated to Northern VA. GREAT SERVICE

Volvo of Westport is a top notch dealer the service department goes the extra mile. I was driving down interstate 95 coming from Boston heading to New York when the transmission light came on and car started to shift rough I stopped by the first dealer I found that was no help they said it was Friday and too late in the day come back Monday yea ok I continued my trip until i couldnt anymore I found Volvo of Westport and was expecting the same thing to my suprise they welcomed me with open arms they were to busy to look at but gave me a free loaner and said have a great weekend talk to you Monday. On Monday they called me told me I needed a transmission and they can get it covered. Volvo of Westport has made me a Volvo owner for life THANK YOU NELSON
