Professionalism

A really fine establishment. Made you feel you were in a "spa" and not a dealership. No one "attacks" you as you enter. You are assigned a professional sales person who actually listens to what you say. Service is just as good and responsive. Best dealership with which I have ever done business.

Good experience at Prestige

I have arranged for two new car leases at Prestige and my experience in both cases was excellent. Salesman Steve was knowledgeable and did not pressure me into anything I did not want. Lease financing arrangements went very smoothly and price beat anywhere else that I looked. I cannot comment on Service because we have our cars serviced at a dealer more convenient to us.

First Class Experience!!

I had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager, Emilio Rampone who along with Nick Manzi, Samantha Pelletier and Natily Martinez were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was able to finalize my purchase on the phone with Emilio and Nick and they took care of all of the coordination. I came from Nassau County on Long Island and Nick picked me up from train station and brought me to the dealership. I buy/sell a lot of vehicles and Samantha provided the finest customer acquisition experience I have ever had. She expertly trained me on the ins and outs of the vehicle and even gave me cheat sheets in case I needed them. Natily in Finance had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign and the team had me out of there signed sealed, delivered and trained on the car in about an hour. I had traveled from about 50 miles away and it was worth the trip! First Class...
