I bought a car (2012 RX 350) and I am happy with it, so that is the most important thing. This is a smalller Lexus dealer and the showroom is not super fancy, but perfectly fine. I liked my initial sales person, and the follow up has been very solid. For example, I noticed only after that the smaller Lexus insignia cover for the two front tires was missing, and they are following up to get me those missing pieces no problem. The staff was friendly, and they matched financing I had pre-approved from the bank. The bad is that they were intent on selling me a car THAT day and having me drive off with it ... I was ready to buy, but did not necessarily need it that night. You have to watch the bait and switch a bit with specials on the internet, and watch closely potential hidden fees, some of which they "waive" but are random add ons to the price. In the end I think the price I got was fair, but the negotiation was a bit tougher than it needed to have been in my view. In the end, you have to be willing to walk away as there are plenty of other Lexus dealers with similar used car deals, and beware of getting pressured too much.
