Great Customer Service and Repair!

From the moment I brought my car into the service area, I was greeted by Larry Murphy and was treated with kindness. He explained what was going to happen with my vehicle and also made it possible for me to have a loaner vehicle so that I didn't have to wait around. He noticed that I had my 2yr old grandson and we know how children can become restless after a short period of time. Even though my car was not ready on the day of service, Larry called me and explained the situation to me and promised that I would have my car the next day. When I picked up my car, it had been washed and I had no more tunnel sound from the Sync system. Thanks Larry and Ford! Ms Esther Chatman

Great Service - Great Car

My new vehicle (2014 Ford Focus) has exceeded my expectations! I love everything about it! John McKeon was so great to work with! I told him what I was looking for with regard to vehicle features and the price I was hoping to stay around and he knew just what to show me for vehicle selection. He made the buying process extremely easy. He knew a lot about the vehicles, and he made me feel very comfortable buying a car. Once all the paper work was finished, he took me out to the car and thoroughly showed me how to sync my phone and use all the buttons and gadgets in the car. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. Thank you for such a wonderful car buying experience!

poor salesmanship

spoke to a salesman named dustin. told him i would be in his neighborhood for the following week and wanted to see a car. a asked if should call him on monday(my travel day) to set a time? he said "no" HE WOULD CALL ME. that never happened.........great customer service!!!!!

Horrible and liars

Went to buy a car, called them first to make sure they had it, talked to a John hisnic who informed me they still had the car available and how he set me up for a appointment at 6 and that he would call me just to make sure I was still coming and the car was still there, we'll I get there anyway at 6:30 he never called me and wasn't even there, that's when I met George Parker who than informed me the car was never on the lot and possibly being sold and that he would call me tomorrow to confirm, so I wait wait wait nothing, I call him he says let me check and call you back in 30 minutes, again NOTHING! Just a complete waste of time from these people

GREAT SERVICE

Again, the customer attention is amazing. Most companies have lost that. I brought my car for service in the morning and received a call that night it was done! They even gave me a rental because they did not know how long the problem would take. Covered all charges as well. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman that helped me at the Service Desk but he was very understanding. And of course Mike C was there for the rescue! GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE

Always a great experience

Incompetent Certified Technicians

I bought a new F150 on December 2, 2013 was ecstatic about it the rolling weekend took it to Holman ford in maple shade to have a bed liner installed. Like I said I was extremely happy until the following week on a Saturday early morning driving to work down I95 south to the airport at 330am when the tailgate portion of the bed liner came flying out an hit a Mercedes Benz sl55 2013 AMG edition... A young girl driving it both of us pulled over asked if she was ok she was just shaken up so instead of making a claim with my insurance company since the truck was 2 weeks old we exchanged info I took pictures of it an took it an had the windshield replaced locally the girl agreed so we made an appointment got everything taken care of with her car an she went back to Indiana. Was told by my sales person that I would be rein burst the money which was $1100 I get to the dealership the manager tells me that he won't do anything for me because in his 24 years experience he has never seen a bed liner fly out of a truck. Called me a liar did say have a nice day though. They thought it would be ok to just put a new liner on the tailgate and send me on my way I had to point out the fact that the tailgate holes themselves were stripped out... Guess in his 24 years he's never seen stripped threads either!!!!! Then told me they wanted to keep the truck to repair the holes, and I would have a rental but would have to pay for the rental!!!!! Needless to say if your looking to buy a Ford go someplace else !!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth the aggravation to deal with a bunch of amateurs

VERY PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION,WHILE MY LINCOLN MKT WAS BEING SERVICED THEY PROVIDED ME WITH 2014 MKZ TO USE FOR 3 DAYS WITH NO CHARGE ALL OF THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS CAR WAS FINISHED ON TIME WASHED,OVER THE YEARS I HAVE DEALT WITH MANY DEALER,BUT THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I STOPPED TO WRITE A REVIEW FOR,MY FIRST PURCHASE WAS 2003 FROM HOLMAN,THAT LINCOLN IS STILL ON THE ROAD RUNNING VERY WELL WITH 160000 MILE ON IT I EXPECT TO GET THE KIND OF MILAGE OUT MY MKT THAT I PURCHASED TO 2013
