Great paint job, horrible follow-up by manager

I had some paint touch up's at Ace Ford and they did a great job. But the follow up from the pre-owned manager Anthony was terrible. To make a long story short I was had to get my vehicle inspected in PA where I live. I was told the cost would be taken care of by Ace and arrangements would be made. I made my own arrangements and the cost was not taken care of, so I had to pay. When I called ACE I could never speak to Anthony directly so I left multiple message and sent an e-mail. When I finally received a call back he insured me that the check was mailed that day. Well 3 weeks later I still did not received the check. They only reason why I got the check, was driving to NJ and picked it up myself. Very disappointing follow up all around, which is very upsetting because my husband will be in the market for a new Ford vehicle in the near future

It is very accomodation at ACE Ford. The waiting space is very comfortable. The sales people and management make you feel at home. I never mind waiting for my car. Service is wonderful.

Great service, terrific reception area.

Besides the excellent car service, I do really appreciate the high tables and chairs available in the reception room. For those with with osteoarthritis it is a godsend. I thank the person(s) who recommended the furniture.

Efficient & friendly dealership

Recently, I purchased a used Honda Pilot. This was, by far, the most efficient car buying experience I've ever had. I came in the late afternoon on a Saturday & the staff stayed almost an hour late to finalize my purchase. They were kind, pleasant & helpful regardless of the fact that they should've already been gone for the day. I will absolutely tell others about you, Ace Ford!

Great customer service!
