2 WEEKS AGO I DROVE 2 AUTOS TO THE DEALERSHIP AND STILL CANNOT REPLY WITH AN APRAISAL,,VERY VERY SAD,I NEVER EXPERIENCED TRADE IN CAR DROVE ERATICALLY LIKE PRIVATE PARTY driving test and never apraise ---- I ncever recommend this delaer

Beware, This dealership posts a lower price, then adds a $1000 prep-fee. WTF, this is sneaky.

I stopped in to the dealer with it mind that I would provide my own financing from a local financing company that I had done buisness with before thinking it would be the right way to go. Boy was I wrong, Glenview Mitsubishi had me out the door with my brand new Outlander Sport and saved me over 10 percent on the financing!!! Hows that for service? I seen that another reviewer had titled their review HASSLE FREE SALES and I could't have said it better myself, that is exactly right! Mark(sales) and Rob (Buisness Manager/Financing) were beyond helpful! Usually when you make a huge purchase such as car buying you almost feel guilty thinking of your new monthly installments ahead but thanks to Rob I feel guilt free and smarter knowing my payments are no where near what I originally had anticipated they would be. Thank you Glenview Mitsubishi !!!

Had a good experience with the buying of the van but when I called back with some questions on finance I got to talk to the business development department. They asked me all sorts of questions. I felt as if these questions were none of there business and had nothing to do with them.i wanted to talk to rob in finance not them or tell all of my business to a stranger then I asked to talk to the general manager they told me he was not in. I left my name and number for the general manager to call me back so I could let him know how I felt about this invasion of privacy but as of this review I have not got a call back so with that at the end of the sale they dropped the ball also I will be buying 3 cars in the next 6 months way to go glenview you almost did it but in the end you failed to give great customer service I can't say that I would recommend this dealership

I came into the dealership after seeing a car on cars.com that I was extremely interested. After making a phone call to the dealership, and having my questions answered in a timely fashion, I scheduled an appointment to meet with a sales rep. I came in that night, test drove the car, and met with the finance department. Before I knew it, I had the deal, and the car I wanted at the price I wanted it at!!!! I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and half.. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL HASSLE FREE. I would recommend this dealership to anybody, even if they have bad or NO credit at all!! THANKS SUZUKI OF GLENVIEW!!

Finally I found a dealership that was honest, gave me a terrific price on a car, and treated me with respect and courtesy throughout the entire process. I had practically given up on looking for a car because of all the flim flam, but Suzuki of Glenview restored my faith in buying a car. I will absolutely go back!

I must say that this was of my best experiences at a car dealership. The receptionist was very helpful. Victor our sales person was also pleasant to work with. I did have a small issue with the equipment that was said to be on the vehicle but that problem was quickly and fairly resolved. My wife and I are thrilled with our purchase. Even though I had to travel almost 1 1/2 hours to get there. I would go back when it is time for our next vehicle purchase.

Went in to Suzuki to check out some used SUV's. They had a CR-V, RAV4, Kia Sportage and a few others and we ended up buying a new Suzuki SX4. Salesman was very helpful but not pushy. General manager made the process simple once I picked the car even though my credit was not great having come out of bankruptcy just over a year ago. They got me financed almost immediately and in no time I was signing the documents and driving away in the new SX4 I picked. The AWD crossover was so well priced, it was a much better deal than the used CR-V's and RAV4's we had checked out. Love the car, really loved the price and highly recommend the dealership. Will certainly go back for my next car.

This was my 6th car I purchased at this dealership. This once again was a great experience. My salesperson, ROSE, was wonderful in explaining the sales process and completely going over how to use all the features on my car. ROB in finance made this a pleasant when I had to give money and sign all those papers! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional, friendly place to purchase a car.

I bought an used car about 3 months ago. Good car. Bad part came when they didn't give me the Navigation System (although the car was advsertized on cars.com with it). I was told that by security reasons it was kept in the building and since it was a Saturday the person with the key wasn't there. In short - it has been 3 months now and have been caling every week to inquire a status. The GM - SEBASTIAN - never returned my calls, and each time I call he was busy. The Sales lady ROSE has been telling me during the last two months that the Navigation has been ordered but cannot provide status. Finally I called Suzuki of America and asked them to mediate. They were able to reach Victor (one of the managers) who told them there is no record of EVER ordering the Navigation System... Think they are PROFESSIONALS? THINK AGAIN! They never replied to the BBB claim I made! They simply do not care! My advise to you - STAY AWAY! Don't give them your hardly earned money.
