Bad experience

I contacted the dealership about a vehicle for my daughter. Put money down to hold the car for a day because I was out of town on business. Even though I had money down the dealership sold it out from under me the morning of the day I was to see the car.

Excellent

Scott Truly made the experience "Easy" He was very personable, friendly and Very professional in how he handled the entire process. If it were not for his easy-going personality, I think this process would have been definitely more tedious and frustrating. Scott did a great job listening to the customer and trying to fulfill my needs for a purchase. I would definitely return to or refer a friend to Scott At Don Herring Mitsubishi Plano. Satisfied Customer

I enjoyed my experience with Don Herring Auto. Mike introduced himself and asked questions that lead to two cars that i could be interested in. These two cars were Kias and I was not a big fan of the brand, but Mike showed me that Kias are just as good as any other car company. I went back to Don Herring to apply for a loan for the Kia, and I brought my grandmother with me to be a co-signer. But the financial department was able to get me the loan in my name with no cosigner. I was able to leave Don Herring with a car, a low monthly payment, and feeling successful.

New years eve called mike and relayed to him what I was looking for including price by 6 pm that evening I was signing papers and doing the routine check on the vehicle and additional information it was a very pleasant experience! Thank you

Great Sales experience

Had an appointment with Gillian, she greeted me stayed past time for her to leave. No pressure. I could not live with the first time. She came back with another offer for an LE instead of an LS; showed me the difference. Loved the car. Finance was great and did not try to sell me add on's. I signed the paper. A few days later I received a call telling me they had a better deal and requested that I come by. Never had that happen before. They all seemed to remember me.
