I just had an oil change done by you, the service was slow 2 hours , and the older black hair gentlemen that manage the service department was very rude and treated me like a 10 year old man, and I am 65 years old.. He needs to change his attitude with his client or be removed from that department. Usually when we go for any service with Ford my file is open and if a recall or other services is needed I am notified, but not with Gilbert Ford. they did not check . The gentlemen accused me of not notifying him that the oil change was covered by the policies I purchased , he became rude and indicated that he cannot read minds. and continued on an various insults. .Would you return to such insults. .
