Great dealership to deal with

Finally found what I was looking for through Cars.Com and the vehicle was at Gilbert Ford.It was/is A 2011 Ford Ranger XLT....Last of the Good ones....too bad Ford discontinued them....(Bet-they'll be back!)....any way the Whole staff at Gilbert Ford were accommodating,friendly and very helpfull.Michelle-in sales was 1 of the best-next was John in the service dept,next was Chadd in parts and finallyJohn Whidden business manager-All good people,the type that you would just want to go in and say "hello"....even though i'm appro.45 miles away it was a worthwhile experience-I feel I made a good decision.If your in the market for a Ford vehicle-Give them a shot-I think you'll be glad you did.....

Great Dealership

I saw a 2014 Ford Mustang GT online here at Cars.com when I was about to move from South Dakota to Florida and the dealership held it for me for a couple of days until I made my 2000 mile drive south. The car was beautiful and had a good time buying this car. I recommend this dealership and Michelle was a big help, the online Sales rep, in helping me get this vehicle, holding it until I arrived in Florida, and with anything I needed help with after the buy. Plus she is easy on the eyes and fun so that is always a plus!

Treated like family!

I needed to purchase a pick-up truck for work. I did not want to spend a lot of money or have to deal with a salesperson trying to get me to purchase something I could not afford! Michelle found me a used truck that was perfect for my budget! She made me feel like we had been friends for years and I did not feel taken advantage of. As a woman, purchasing a vehicle can be very intimidating, she made the process easy! I will be going back to see Michelle when I purchase any other vehicles!

Great experience

My wife and I purchased an Escape from here recently and couldn't be happier. We dealt with Eric and he wasn't pushy at all. We told him what we wanted, asked a few questions, and we were driving off the lot in a little over an hour. When I buy my next F250 I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you Gilbert Ford!

service department

I just had an oil change done by you, the service was slow 2 hours , and the older black hair gentlemen that manage the service department was very rude and treated me like a 10 year old man, and I am 65 years old.. He needs to change his attitude with his client or be removed from that department. Usually when we go for any service with Ford my file is open and if a recall or other services is needed I am notified, but not with Gilbert Ford. they did not check . The gentlemen accused me of not notifying him that the oil change was covered by the policies I purchased , he became rude and indicated that he cannot read minds. and continued on an various insults. .Would you return to such insults. .
