My wife and I went to Fields to look at a specific certified Mini Cooper S. We met with Lisa Wyatt, and she was incredible. I introduced myself to Lisa and she popped up from her desk and pulled the keys for the car - which she had washed and detailed in preparation for our visit - and prepped us for a test drive. We enjoyed the car, but wanted a sunroof. Then we saw a very well-maintained Cooper Mayfair that really impressed us both. Lisa grabbed those keys, we drove it, and loved it. While the cars are a testament to the manufacturer, I would like to talk about Lisa. Lisa was amazing. She connected my wife's phone to the Bluetooth system to make sure it worked. It was around 8pm, and we wanted to see the car in better light, so Lisa opened the service bay so we see the car in "sunlight". she walked through nearly EVERY button in the car to show us how it worked and that it worked. She even gave us the option to get the racing stripes removed, if we decided that we no longer wanted them. Lisa was so pleasant we were about about to invite her out for our "new car celebration" dinner afterwards... but she had a long drive home though. The financing staff was also VERY helpful. I was able to secure even better financing than the pre-financing my bank gave me. Limited edition car, fair price, great experience, priceless people. PS: My wife and I took a spontaneous road trip two days after buying the car because we could not stop driving it.
