Extremely Happy

Since I'm a Honda guy I was drawn to Mapledale motors because they had a good selection in the price range I was looking at. Dave couldn't be an easier guy to deal with.Very laid back and no pressure at all. I couldn't be happier with my new van and I felt that the price I paid was more than fair. Great place to go

We bought a 2006 Camery acouple weeks ago from Dave.By far the best and easiest salesperson to deal with. Very laid back and not pushy at all. We went a few months ago with our son and looked at cars, but Dave didn't have anything in our sons range. We went back when we were looking and he remmebered us, that means alot.We have nothing but praise for Dave and the way he handles his buisness.We couldn't make it durring his buisness hrs he told us pick a time and he'll be there and he was.We called him with a slight problem with the seatbelt, he told us to stop in after work. I did he came right out tore it apart and fixed it and we even chatted alittle durring and after. I would strongly recommend Dave and DG Auto. We will deffinetly go back we or someone in our family needs a vehicle....Thanks Dave keep up the good work.

I recently purchased a acura rdx from Dave, the customer service and how he handled everything was great he even stayed later at the dealership to wait for me to come get the vehicle because i didnt get out of work till late, and i can say that i will we doing more business with Dave again in the future

2006 Toyota

2007 Honda Civic EX

I bought a 2007 Honda Civic EX from DG Automotive in November of 2013. When I bought the car, the drivers side visor was missing and the interior overhead cabin lighting was not working. I was told these would be fixed but they never were. I was also told the car had new all season tires, but when the winter weather really started to hit, it became questionable whether they were new or not. I ended up having to buy 4 new tires on a car I just bought. The car was fine during the winter months after that. Come April, I had an over heating problem which resulted in having to get a new motor. Thankfully for Honda's recall, I didn't have to pay anything for that. Then recently, I moved to San Marcos, TX, and found that the AC didn't work. I didn't use the AC in upstate NY so I didn't know that was an issue until now. I just had to have the wheel bearing replaced, and the breaks and rotors are also shot at this point and I've only had the vehicle for 7 months. Despite the great service and how helpful DG Automotive was in obtaining this vehicle, I'm quite displeased on having given a car that needs so much work. It seems ever since I bought the vehicle, something is constantly wrong with it. These things should have been checked and/or replaced before a consumer buys the vehicle. I definitely would not consider buying a vehicle from DG again.

I make every effort to please my customers and did so with Brianna. I would like to address the mistruths she has posted, I have a half dozen emails that contradict her current story. -The sun visor and dome light were brought to my attention weeks after the sale, I told he it was an oversight on my end and the parts were at my dealership to replace the 2 items. She agreed to stop by and I would replace them for free: she never stopped by. Parts are still here. -She was NOT told the car had 4 new tires, in fact I made her very aware that the "all season tires" that were on the car passed inspection and were fine for summer use but the tread pattern and wear on them would not be great in the winter on a small car like a Civic. I suggested I help her get some new dedicated snow tires, she replied her friend owed her a favor and could get her tires so it was left at that. 1 month later she calls upset that her car is not good in snow...she never got new tires from her friend. She also told me the ones on there would not pass inspection and demanded I purchase her 4 new tires to which I agreed with the contingency that the tires indeed would not pass inspection, if they did pass we were to split the cost. I ordered the 4 tires and had them shipped to a repair facility (Mavis Tire)just 2 miles from her apartment to make it easy for her. I notified her the tires were in and she could call and make an appointment at her convenience. She never called them. -There was no overheating problem to fix while the car was in my possession, it sounds like Honda knew of the failure and took care of it. Be thankful you bought a car from a manufacturer that takes care of their second hand customers. -I am sorry for your A/C trouble, it was 20 degrees outside at time of purchase, had you contacted me about that or the wheel bearing I gladly would have helped fix these small items. I have tried to please you Brianna, it is unfortunate for me that you would rather leave a negative comment than pick up the phone and call me or the people I work with. Dave @ DG
