Emergency Maintenance Services

On thursday morning, March 27, 2014, I noticed that my front driver's side tire was fast going flat due to a road hazard (nail).that I had noticed stuck in my tire. I immediatly telephoned Brian Kessler, my favorite Service Advisor at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest of Lithonia, Georgia, and he told me that he was at home and that it was his day off; however, he informed me to bring my vehicle in to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest of Lithonia and that his associate, Service Advisor Stephanie Burkhart, would take good care of me. I took my vehicle in and Service Advisor Stephanie Burkhart met me as soon as I drove in and rendered outstanding courteous service. An inspection of my vehicle showed that the tire with the nail in it needed to be replaced and also a a worn motor mount needed to be replaced. All of this work was done while I waited in the waiting rook, which was very clean and comfortable. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding maintenance work performed on my vehicle and the courteous and efficient service provided by Service Advisor Stephanie Burkhart.

Very Nice Place

I was at the dealership last week. This is the second time that I have come to your dealership for service. I moved here from Florida in April and when I had my car serviced the gentlemen told me that I would have one more free service/oil change. His words to me where normally the one that I was there for would be the last but because I chose to come to your dealership you would be doing the next one for free. This last week the girl who waited on me told me that this service would cost. I pay but was confused and wanted to let you know that I go two different answers from two different people. This is the first Toyota that I have leased and I was going by what I was told. In April I will have had the car 2 years and the miles on my car last week were 27,000 and change. The folks in the service department are helpful, friendly, and quick.
