Under promised and over delivered

Straight shooters, especially for car dealers :). Only negative we had was only one finance guy and about 5 people in line to sign papers. Needed another person to help. Overall very nice people without the high pressure and great follow up after purchase. Highly recommended!

Useful but difficult

They do not display vehical prices and refused to tell me the price until I had spoken with their finance officer, involving a 30 minute wait. When he came out he didn't tell the price, even after repeated requests, preferring to say, it will cost $xxx per month, not we are selling the car for $xxk. Once I bought the car, financing with them was a nightmare, bringing in a loan from an outside bank took several trips down just to drop off money because their finance officer was busy and if I wanted a receipt, I had to wait 1 or more hours. Otherwise they were helpful for answering questions about the car I was interested in, just not very upfront, they tended to shove paper under my nose then whisk it away without letting me actually read it, be sure to ask to read these papers, as they repeatedly signed me up for an additional auto coverage, which I had repeatedly said I did not wish to pay for. (This also added about half an hour on two days with them having to redo paper work, again and again)
