7/15/2025 2022 Subaru Outback Thank you, Jamie Nussbaum, Sandro and Lori for another great experience. I'm most grateful that Sandro took the time to diagnose, prepare a plan and mitigate the issues. I must mention that the speed of how this extensive repair was completed is outstanding. They forgot to replace my wipers.
They forgot to replace my wipers. Front and back Everything else was good Let me know how it was going Facility was clean. Cashier was efficient.

Excellent service. Everybody is professional and caring. Assessment was done quickly and professionally. Repair was conducted with no delays. The main desk personnel was friendly and super supportive.

They will steal your valuables that you don't pay close
They will steal your valuables that you don't pay close attention too. I bought $10 customized tire valve caps, had them on the car. The next day after our service appointment, I noticed they were replaced with basic tire valve caps. They also ripped one of my leather seats. Will never go back.

I purchased an Ascent there about 4 and a half years ago.
I purchased an Ascent there about 4 and a half years ago. All was awesome at the time. I wanted to trade in that vehicle for a newer model. Was not happy with the deal so I canceled the car. They promised a refund of my deposit in two weeks. Here I am almost two months in and nothing with no phone calls in return about the refund. Horrible customer service. Run don’t walk to another dealer. This one is horrendous!!!
