When I purchased the xxx Buick Encore that I have now,

When I purchased the xxx Buick Encore that I have now, these people pressured me into writing a 5 star review. I had the car for 5 months and already it’s not drivable. The car is NOT worth what they sold it for and what it was financed for according to KBB. There’s NO way that all of this mechanical damage was done to this vehicle in 5 months. These problems were here before I bought the car and they told me the car was inspected and had a tune up done by their mechanics and it was good to go. xx! If they really looked at the car they would have seen the crack in the thermostat housing, leaking antifreeze, the valves and valve cover that need replacing and so does the timing belt. All of these side show clown car dealerships need to be cracked down on. Shame on this company for taking advantage of a young woman with a child who came in to buy a REALIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY CAR. They absolutely took advantage of me and I want answers.

Not one lemon but a bag full.

Hate to be the one with the sour grapes but you won’t believe my buying experience. Originally bought a jeep which I kept for three weeks because it started having problems right away took it back and traded out of the jeep for a tahoe, lost 2000 on what I paid for three weeks earlier. Now the fun starts the tahoe it had a crack in the dash and bad brakes which they replaced the front only which they fixed. Now is where it gets real several days after driving tahoe rear main seal started leaking I was told it would cost to much for them to fix, had to replace both rear shocks air ride and compressor, then rear brakes had to be replaced, then the throttle body went bad, next was the battery and of course the alternator also went bad. Still pouring oil so both valve cover gaskets had to be replaced. So to date cost over 3500 dollars. The local garage who fixed all these issues ask where in the world did I buy such a messed up vehicle and once I told them they said oh yea we know them well we get a lot of work from people who buy vehicles from them. Word of advice if you plan on buying a vehicle from them have it checked out by a reputable mechanic or you will wind up just like me. Good luck!

Efficient quote via internet!

Was looking at a Sonata. They had one we were interested in. Due to our distance from the dealership, I asked for a certain price! They immediately responded and gave us what we asked for! Dominic was great! Although we changed plans and ended up with a different car at s closer location, I would recommend Dominic and his team! They will do their best to make it happen! 😃

Even little ol' ladies can do this!

Buying a car after 17 years with the same one can be a nightmare. But DOMENIC - the sweetest, most accommodating guy going -did his best to see me through it without much stress. Not only did he find me a car I was comfortable with, Commuter Cars lets you take it to your mechanic for inspection !! JOE was great with the paperwork - methodical and answered all of my questions (the same ones I asked over and over)with patience. And FRANKIE and CORNBREAD from the service department took care of all my picky little issues (needed a new windshield wiper). What could have been a nightmare turned into a stress free experience. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Go Anywhere Else for a Vehicle

Liars, cheaters, and scammers. Will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale. I paid them full retail on a car that was not what they described it to be. They said it needed nothing and had just serviced all my concerning issues and I had to do tires, brakes, battery, full detail, and fix some scratch and dents as soon as I got the vehicle home. I bought it online site-unseen, and trusted their word and I would not recommend anybody deal with this dealer. Sam the paper pusher is a real xxxxxxx

Not supportive to rebuild credit

They said they report to credit bureau. They lied. This simple action would increase my score a lot and they have not done so. 6 months later, impeccable payment history and nothing.

My last car payment is March 15th I have the paper

I have my car paperwork in my hand I have been paying payments on my car for 5 years my 5 years is up on March 15th which is my last payment which I have in black and white from your company therefore I called today to make a $200 payment because after this $200 payment I only have one $200 payment left and I'm done March 15th is my last day of making payments I have the paperwork from commuter cars saying that my car is paid off March 15th I've never been late I've never had a late payment I have a 10-day grace. That I have used before but that is not a late charge someone needs to return this call immediately I need to speak to somebody in charge because also your operators are rude I have never spoke to somebody so rude in my life and yes I know her name so if you would like to respond to this message please do so I can call you back

Worked harder for them than they did for me.

Frustrating when you reach out continuously on a vehicle, gather up all your information for your trade in, have guaranteed financing and can’t even get a call back. What else do you need from a customer, do I need to draft the documents too? Just wanted communication and transparency and received none. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic people and service

They made it very simple and straight forward through the entire process. Everyone had a great attitude and were always smiling. They answered every question I had and others I didnt know I had.
