OUTRAGEOUS REPAIR FEES, CLEAN FACILITY

The facility is excellent, very clean, and the hospitality was outstanding. However, the length time it took to repair a park brake fault problem (5 days) was inconvenient for me. I live in Florence (85 miles away). I called to check on the status of my car and was told I would receive a return call which never came. I had to rent a car to get back and forth and the cost to repair a parking brake problem was ridiculously high ($1269.01) on my 2005 jaguar S Type. I brought my car in on Monday and finally received a return call Friday morning to let me know my car was ready for pick up.

Good service

I initially leased a car from jaguar in 2003 which I bought later . The service department has changed in the last year or so . My experience has improved greatly . I would definitely recommend them .
