Yesterday, June 18, 2014, my wife Rosalyn's 2013 Sonata would not start Repair services arrived two hours later after a 25 minute phone wait we were toldthat the battery charge was very low. We drove to Hyundai and were informed that we needed a new battery and we subsequently purchased one. . This car was purchased in May 2012 nd has been driven about 10,400 miles. Why did the battery have to be replaced after such low mileage ? In other cars we've owned batteries have continued to function far longer than that. Is Hyundai selling poorly performing batteries to new car purchasers ? Answers to our questions would be much appreciated. Sincerely, Rosalyn F Levine
