After showing up and being told that there was a long wait w/o an appointment to get my first oil change, I made an appointment for the same time the next day. The next day, I arrived at the scheduled time and completed the paper work with the same person that I had made the appointment with only 24 hours earlier. Then I began to wait ...... and wait and wait. After forty minutes, my vehicle had not even been moved to a service bay. I was not told how much longer I would have to wait or why there was a delay. (This is not a like a doctor's office where emergencies can impact the schedule.) Since it was approaching lunch, I did not want to wait into the afternoon, I retrieved my vehicle without anything being done to it. And what else is new?
