Three Cars...Three Great Experiences

We've purchased three cars at the dealership and we've recommended to several friends based on our experiences. Chet is easily the best sales person I have ever worked with. The office staff are all friendly and easy to work with and the sales department is top-notch. Though the dealership is modern, it doesn't have the pushy, assembly line style of dealing with customers like other nearby sites. They care about their customers.

Jeff Miller is the man!

I have to say other than the amount of time the overall deal took I am happy, but I was their for over 4 hours and that is way to long. Although it was really my fault because I wasn't sure what I wanted. I had some negative equity and I had to go with a vehicle that offered more rebates so I wouldn't be so far in the hole.

Great personal care, beyond expectation service

I felt my conversation previous to coming in was well heard, and John was ready to offer the best vehicle for my needs. It was a pleasant experience, the best car shopping experience I have ever had. John is a good active listener and the entire staff is friendly. It was necessary for me to get a new vehicle that would be safe for my 33 mile commute every day, and it has proven to be very good. I was not as prepared as I would have liked to be, and had put it off too long. They put me at ease and I appreciate that. I am proud to have bought an American made Chevrolet, and also to have bought it locally, and look forward to the maintenance program. This is wonderful in this stressful world.

Wonderful Service Department

Everyone involved with the Service department was great. Dylan really kept my best interests at heart and worked his tail off to do the best thing for the customer. I really appreciate everything he did. Heath has also been awesome and has been great at keeping me updated as to what needed done and giving estimates on how long it would take. I really appreciate that Heath made sure that I had a loaner vehicle since the repair took a significant amount of time. Again, I cannot say enough about how great the Service department has been. Everyone I have interacted with has always been wonderful and they really seem to want to do what is best for the customer. Thank you!
