I had a fantastic experience buying my car and received exceptional service from start to finish from my sales person Christian Larsen. He listened to me hearing exactly what I was looking for, and said I will find this vehicle for you and will in be in touch in a few days. Two days later Christian called me and said “ma’am I found your car.” We set an appointment, Christian took me very thoroughly through all the features of the car and stood by me through the end to end process. Christian was so polite and so knowledgeable and never once made me feel pressured through any part of the process. He genuinely seemed to want the best fit for me. I actually felt great comfort that he stood by me through the process. Christian Larsen is the epitome of TRUE customer service.

I filled out some information on the dealership website inquiring about a vehicle. Tylor reached out to me about the vehicle. Tylor was absolutely phenomenal. He made the car buying process easy . He listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions and was available the entire time. This was by far the most friendliest dealership I purchased a vehicle from especially considering this is my first Volkswagen. The vehicle is totally living up to my expectations that my next vehicle will be another Volkswagen and purchasing it from Leith.

David Heranadez is a very personable young man. He was very knowledgeable about the VW we purchased. Just one thing I'd like to point out, and I'm not one to embellish what I don't see, and I'm not going to start now.
