My new Altima

I started out visiting I-90 Nissan "just to test drive" a new Altima so I could compare and then go and purchase a new Toyota Camry (I have owned 3 Camrys). We were greeted by salesperson Karen Billman (she's terrific) who showed us a new Altima. We are happy to say that we never made it to the Toyota dealer. Our experience at I-90 Nissan was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Karen sat with me for almost an hour explaining how everything worked (usually a salesperson just hand you the owners manual and a key without much explanation of how the car works). I must say that not only is I-90 Nissan an excellent dealership, I am the proud owner of a new Altima (fantastic vehicle). Thank you Karen and the staff at I-90 Nissan!

Everything was good, car is fixed, nothing else to say, the rental car was a junker compared to mine but it worked and I didn't care because all I needed was a car with doors, and 4 wheels to get me going while you worked on my car. thank you

First time buyer at I-90 Nissan

My first experience at I-90 Nissan couldn't have been better. Randy Shaw presented me with multiple choices within a previously defined budget and spent time to insure I was familiar with each potential choice. The entire process from walking into the showroom to driving a new vehicle off the lot took less than 90 minutes. My experience was quite enjoyable due to the professionalism of the sales staff. Count on repeat business as well as referrals from me moving forward!

Good service

Quick and easy approval process and nice staff. Car was in showroom condition despite being on lot. Staff was friendly and all offered to assist even though not working with me. Salesperson took her time and showed me all the functions and features of the car, spending over an hour with us.

Certified 2011 Nissan Versa

Nothing bad to say unlike last car I bought. Received a lower payment & interesr rate and they honored request for finance Bank. Life of loan is 6 months more but with far less mile and the remaining warranty!!! Kudos!
