We bought a newer model used car for our daughter in 2020. The vehicle was low mileage and only 5 years old. This was a great deal for our new driver. The reality is that they sold us a lemon. I have zero doubt they knew it was a lemon when they sold it to us. They put dry rotted tires on the vehicle that were older than the model year of the car. In the 5 years we have had this hunk of junk, we have likely spent nearly as much to keep it functioning as we did to buy it. All attempts to get a response or any level of accountability from this dealership over the last 5 years have fallen on deaf ears. This was the first and only vehicle (out of the 9 cars we have purchased in the last 12 years for our large family) that I have purchased at this dealership and I will never EVER purchase another vehicle from this dishonest dealership and would encourage others to shop elsewhere. I pray no one else will have to experience what we went through so let this be your warning.

They knowingly sell vehicles with Rust and damage and don't care and will not back their sales or service. They will knowingly sell you a lemon and smile while doing it.

If I where anyone looking for a car I would not go to this dealership there automobiles are junk I had to give a star but the one star is way to good for this dealership

My wife and I bought a truck from them and I can't find a single thing to complain about. Jeff, Stan, and staff are the type of people that you refer your mom or best friend to. They're just genuinely good people!

Bent creek motors offer no warranty with there sales, the vehicle I purchased was low quality and has had several problems. The radio didn't even work.

I was looking to purchase an E-class Mercedes from this dealer but they were unwilling to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. Since when are dealerships not willing to negotiate price to make a sale. The salesman was arrogant and not helpful at all!

Shopping with Stan came with honest, buyer-focused service that is sometimes hard to find in car shopping. I greatly appreciate the experience and am really enjoying the car! ?? Two Thumbs Up!
