Worst Customer Service Ever

I purchased a used car from this dealer back in September. At the time, the salesman had only one key to give me,but promised me a second one. I tried leaving messages and emails to follow up on what I was promised. Fast forward to today, after the GM told me to call the key vendor myself and make my own arrangements, I drove 50 miles on my dime, to meet the vendor only to learn the key machine broke yesterday and he didn't contact me. Now it is suggested that I take more time off from work next Friday to take care of this. Not only did they make their lapse my problem, but still haven't made it right for me.

Generally I have always been satisfied with the service at Mazda. The only advice I would recommend is that when things are added on to a bill, please explain them to the client. There was $60.00 added to my bill that I did not expect, and they were not explained. Calling the add ons "Shop misc supplies" is not sufficient for me. It is just a suggestion. Thank you..

Great service!

Scheduled online at the last minute. I had planned to work there using the wifi, or walk to grab a bite to eat while I waited. Since it was raining, they shuttled me to a great nearby diner and came and picked me up.
