I purchased a 2017 Infiniti sight unseen thru Owen Clements at Fishers Imports. Owen patiently sent me videos and explanations of any cosmetic issues. On an 8 year old vehicle it was bound to have a few and Owen had his people try and correct them as well. Owen handled the delivery as well since I was out of State and everything was flawless. Joshua was very kind and professional. I am beyond disappointed in the car! I asked specifically if it needed paint work and for details on any paint defects. Nothing disclosed and when received I found the front doors, rockers, and quarter panels on both sides of car are extremely damaged from stone chips and need full refinish work. Also the check engine light is on and a stone chips in front windshield. I would not have purchased this car knowing all of this and will be calling to return the car.

They did provide a decent trade-in value and seemed to be good to work with, but did not disclose that there was only one key. The key for a Mercedes is $800 so it’s kind of a big deal.
