Had an appointment for 8am on 4/20/15 to have a recall completed on my Dodge P/U. I was told the work would take approx. 45 minutes to complete. Went back at approx. 9:10am and they had not started the work on the P/U. I did not have more time to wait longer so I was not able to do the recall. I guess someone more important than me came in. That was a 25 mile round trip for nothing.
