Exceptional service department

The service department at Schaumburg Honda is exceptional. In particular the service advisor,, Vito Pan Narale has been most helpful. When I had my 2007 Honda Civic and my 2013 Honda Accord he has gone out of this way to make sure my cars where safe/reliable to drive. I travel 8,000 miles across country every winter and he has given me peace of mind knowing that he has checked out my cars on each trip. On several occasions when I have been driving across country I will call him and ask him questions about my car in case there is something I don't understand he will put my mind to ease. I had trouble with the tire pressure button going on and he finally found the problem. I had trouble with passanger side of A/C not being as cold as driver's side, once again he found the solution. I have had to stop off at other Honda dealers, one in California, the other in Iowa. Their service departments are not the same. You can always buy a Honda anywhere, but the service department, Vito, makes Schaumburg auto exceptional. Patty Fraser

Great Dealership!!!

I was having my car worked on in service and stopped in the sales department to see the 2013 Honda Civic. I met with Kurt and after a few hours I was driving home in a new Civic.

I always get my Civic serviced here at Schuamburg Honda.. the other day I was getting my oilchange and ran into Boti while I was waiting for the car. Boti offered me to show the new 2013 Honda Accord Sport. I made an appointment with him to test drive the car later that week.I fell in love with the new accord. Boti and his manager worked really hard to put me in the new 2013 Accord and they exceeded my expectations to the point where now I am driving a new 2013 Honda Accord Sport.....

Used car bad but Service / Repair is great

I purchased a 2008 honda pilot EXL from this dealership, after the usual sales guy and the manager stuff, we walked out of the dealership because we could not agree on a right price. After some thought I decided to purchase it at the earlier negotiated price and went back to the dealership. The manager said in between they had to change the brakes and rotors so they cannot give any further discount. I purchased the car only to realize that it needs a wheel alignment. Went back to the dealership and the service / repair department called up the used car department and they refused to to pick up the tab for the wheel alignment. I wish the used car dept took time to understand that the wheel aligment could have been caused due to the brakes and rotors job that was done. I answered an online survey and the follow up on that review by the Service / Repair department was great. The manager understood the problem and made sure it was not one of this guys fault. But the Used car department - please avoid it if possible.

I wanted to let you know I had a great experience in buying My new 2012 accord . Salesman Scott Carson was terrific as always and I continue to buy new vehicles from him and your dealership . I have either purchased or referred 10 purchases with Scott and your dealership! You have a dedicated salesman who always delivers great customer service. Also Glenn finance person was very helpful in signing the papers and buying the extended warranty ! Overall rating is 10 out of 10 !!! Jim
