Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! Wasted my time for over 4 hours they couldn’t give me my exact interest rate I could get on the car and lied about how long they had the vehicle when it was clearly stated on the CARFAX. They even told me when I tried to talk them down because they car had issues that “it just didn’t seem like the car for me” and that i should just go look else where so I did.

Horrible experience! Buyers beware!

Buyers beware! Horrible experience with this dealership. Purchased a 2019 Ford on 4/5/25. Had the vehicle for a week and drove less than 40 miles and having major issues. Took it in to a Goodyear to have it checked out, and they said they would take the car back right where they got it because they tried to cover up issues. Have had to take off work three days, trying to give the dealership the opportunity to fix the issue or make it right. Oil leaking everywhere, yet they say there is no leak! Have now taken it to Ford, who told us the same thing and bolts missing from the engine. We also purchased the extended warranty (3years/36k miles) they push on customers, and that’s been a joke. Very frustrating and hope this saves someone else the headache.

Scammers and deceptive!

Scammers and deceptive!! Bought a vehicle and before 30 days realized the car had 2 coolant leaks. These leaks were obviously known of for the fact water and not coolant found in the vehicle. This place supposedly prides itself on customer service. This is a farce and the individuals running this place are bottom of the barrel. Upon contacting with grievances we were only met with rudeness. Felix Gurvich the GM will not and has not responded to 3 emails. An individual named Terry which I'm told is part of management team hung up and then refused to answer the phone for an entire evening (would actually answer and hang up with no greeting). Finally I spoke with Anthony, the guy who sold the vehicle, he was just as rude and told me to basically kick rocks. Anthony is the petite small man with the desk to the left upon entering from the used car entrance. He is especially deceptive and avoid him at all measures.

My wife and I were impressed with how easy the

My wife and I were impressed with how easy the transaction was. No pushy salespeople. They let us check out the car on our own terms. We ended up with a 2017 Toyota Highlander and did the financing they offer. Would definitely recommend if you don't want to have a sales guy breathing down your neck for every decision. Thanks again.

If you haven’t heard of this place you are missing out. I had the best experience with Alec here. He doesn't talk to you like a car salesman, he talks to you like a caring human being. He spent all the time I needed walking though the inventory, and having a number of test drives! I got a new car today and they approved me at the very best rate too! Def recommend this spot, they are legit.

Highly recommend!

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. I really appreciated the honesty and care, and very professional help. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase, even after I took all 3 cars to the test drive. They gave me enough space and time to decide, and kept answering all my questions. I was impressed they knew the cars’ history very well and weren’t trying to hide anything from me. I got kia Sorento in the end, and it was a good experience. Highly recommend!
