Excellent experience! Family owned business that cares about their customers. They have the best prices and they do not charge any dealer fees or doc fees!! Their cars are very clean and it was a very pleasant buying experience. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I would love to give them a good review but I just can't. I bought a vehicle from them and had it for at least 7 months when it started throwing a check engine light. Only, had the car serviced for regular maintance once at a Volkswagon dealership because when I bought the vehicle from Kastrati the maintenance light was on; and now the service department is telling me that the vehicle is consuming a lot of oil. Drove the car for 5,000 miles total since its been purchased and only had 1.25qts of oil in the engine. The dealership is basically telling me that the vehicle would probably need a new engine due to all the error codes that were thrown from the check engine light. I'll never buy another vehicle from them.

We had an issue with the car after purchasing it. It was something that nobody could have predicted prior to the purchase, but they stayed in CONSTANT contact with us and handled it with integrity.
