We found the car we wanted on the wonderful Massey Cadillac website and was able to contact Rich Hopkins, sales consultant, who helped us a lot by phone. He was unfortunately unavailable to meet us the next day, Saturday due to a family commitment. However he arranged for Alex Witte to greet us and take care of our needs. Alex was very pleasant and professional and made us feel quite comfortable in guiding us through the process. There was never any extreme pressure on us to make a decision, although that was what we wanted to do, and ultimately drive the vehicle home that day. After all was done, we realized we had a problem with a feature of the vehicle and Alex took us straight back to the service department, which was open on Saturday for customer convenience, a rarity by the way, and Rob, the service adviser and his techs quickly resolved the problem and we were on the way home. All in a days work for these highly professional people at Massey Cadillac. Incidentally, the vehicle we purchased was a 2010 SRX, trading up from a 2004 SRX, which we really liked, hence the decision to stay with the same updated model. We will definitely remember our pleasant experience with this transaction and highly recommend our friends and acquaintances to Massey Cadillac.
