I’m writing to express my deep frustration and
I’m writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with how this entire transaction has been handled. This is the first high-end vehicle I’ve ever purchased, and I placed a great deal of trust in your dealership to deliver not only a quality vehicle but also a quality experience. Unfortunately, that trust has been seriously violated. Just two days before the car was scheduled to ship, I was informed that one of your porters backed into the Rolls-Royce I had just purchased, causing damage to the front bumper. Accidents happen, but what’s unacceptable is what followed. Your team kept the vehicle for three additional weeks, assuring me that it would be properly repaired before shipment. Upon arrival, it became immediately clear that this promise was not fulfilled. I’ve attached photos that show: • The bumper was not even removed properly. • There is still a visible crack. • The bumper alignment is poor and uneven. • There are obvious paint run marks—something that should never be seen on a vehicle of this caliber. Frankly, the repair job is subpar—well below any reasonable expectation, let alone for a luxury brand like Rolls-Royce. This is not only disappointing, it’s offensive to a customer who expected and paid for excellence.
