Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I went from being hesitant about buying a car sight unseen to being completely confident in my decision. Linda facetimed me showing me the vehicle being completely transparent and answering any questions I had. Moe and Aly helped me get to the numbers I needed to be. Sean and Mike made sure the delivery was smooth and updated me throughout. Thank you all for helping me get my dream car! If you’re worried about buying a car online, don’t be—this service exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend! Will be back

I gave a 2 just because the salesman was nice.

I gave a 2 just because the salesman was nice. But I wish I read the reviews before I started dealing with them. Thankfully i only out the fee to get it inspected. If I had not paid for an outside inspection I would have bought a less then advertised car. I could go on about some of the smaller issues but I was told it have great tires which is important to me on a high end car. Only to find it had 3 ok and 1 different brand almost bald. So not too honest there. Then told me they would have put a new tire on if I asked. So disappointed and a waste of time and money.

Worked with Linda over the phone to get all set up for purchase on our cool Lexus SC430. Linda was a pleasure to work with and got all of our questions answered. Once we arrived to get the car, Asif made the buying process smooth and easy. Great work by both Linda and Asif! The car is blast! Thanks so much! Friendly folks and great customer service.

About to be 17 years old saved all my money from working

About to be 17 years old saved all my money from working the past year for my dream car Gave it to them with my first car which from day i owned it had transmission issues but it was a gift. I drove it for a year then along with my money saved handed it over to this dealership for my dream car. I had it for a day and didnt even get to experience what i bought it for now i have no car my savings is back at start and these guys selling both my dream car and my first car. I cant say the words im thinking maybe someone else will.

Signed a purchase agreement on a Friday night.

Signed a purchase agreement on a Friday night. Finished up Saturday drove it home in which we live in Tampa Bay Area of Florida. Sunday while going to grab a bite to eat the car started overheating. We parked car there in parking lot of the dinerand called a tow truck. We towed the vehicle home then Monday had it towed to a dodge dealership closer to our house. They said the engine heads were blown. We informed the bank Monday in which the bank decided to pull out of loan and we informed the dealership we purchased the vehicle so they can get the vehicle and inspect it themselves. There tow guy then started the vehicle rammed it up drove it towards his truck where it again stalled. Once they received the vehicle they then accused us of driving aggressive. Which we did not drive the car in any way abnormal and ceased driving as soon as we saw temperature gauge rising. After giving us the run around for a week we then noticed they had re listed the vehicle for sale as well my sons trade in for sale. We reached out saying this is not right and offered to work with them so they could make this right. They wanted us to sign a new contract and get a new loan under condition they would repair the vehicle. We agreed under terms they would show the work a receipt for performed and guarantee their work. A week went by with excuses of why they hadn’t sent proof of repair all while pressuring us to resign a contract. We decided to walk away from the purchase and requested they return the 5k down payment and my sons trade in. They refused and said it’s in our best interest to sign the contract.

GREAT!

GREAT! The staff went above to pro ide us the service we needed to make our purchase. The Equus we purchased is beautiful & low mileage. It is in mint condition too. We will shop here for all our auto needs.

Great experience working with great people.

Had a great experience working with Exotic Motors and specifically Ali. They were very honest, helpful, responsive and overall I found working with them was really easy. I was looking for a specific car with specific addon's at a specific mileage and they more then delivered within my budget. It will be very hard for me to go anywhere else for future car buying needs. 5/5 would recommend!

WARNING: Dishonest and Untrustworthy Dealership

I am writing this review to warn all potential customers about the terrible experience I had at Exotic Motors. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This dealership operates without an ounce of integrity or honesty, and I implore you to stay far, far away. I myself am a car salesman, so I know how things should be done when purchasing a car, and these guys do not treat their customers right. When I first expressed interest in the vehicle, I submitted a credit app, and was told I got approved. They made me wait two months because they said the car was undergoing maintenance, but relisted the vehicle at a higher price. I still wanted the vehicle so they made me run credit again since it’s been more than 30 days. They advertised free shipping to the continental 48 states, but they made me pay for the shipping. They tried to tell me California is not included in the continental 48 states, but after speaking with a manger, they told me they had to charge shipping because repair cost of the vehicle increased the price. They convinced me that the vehicle will be shipped in an enclosed trailer. They lied about this, the vehicle arrived in an open air trailer. They also charge a high doc fee and made me pay for LowJack, which was an additional cost not included in the listing price. I had to ask them to rewrite the contract several times because they changed the price of the vehicle, and they added extended warranty in the contract without discussing it with me beforehand. Since I purchased the vehicle sight unseen, I had to ask the salesperson to drive it for me and give me feedback. He told me that it ran great, but when I took delivery, the dash was lit up like christmas. I received the vehicle with multiple issues and warning lights. Vehicle had a bad transmission, non-functioning airbag due to bad sensors, among many, many other things. After the purchase, there is no follow up or customer support from the dealer or salesperson. When I attempted to contact the dealership to discuss the issues, their customer service plummeted to new lows. They were dismissive and uncooperative. It's as if they had already cashed in on my purchase and couldn't care less about my concerns. This kind of behavior is not only unethical but downright shameful. Please, do yourself a favor and do not even consider buying a car from Exotic Motors. They are not trustworthy, and their lack of integrity will cost you dearly. There are plenty of other reputable dealerships out there that actually value their customers and operate with honesty. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss by avoiding this dealership at all costs. Your hard-earned money deserves better treatment than what you'll receive here.
