Horrendous poor communication skills You did horrible

Horrendous poor communication skills You did horrible your communication was poor and very disappointing as we speak my jeep is at the jeep dealership in Orlando getting fixed on the rear differential that you guys failed to fix it's also getting wheels balanced an alignment etc Also had to take to an audio shops to fix the radio that's for some reason working when I got back from your shops. When I tried to address these problems I was turned away Thank you for reaching out

Had my 2020 Chevrolet Blazer repaired in less than one

Had my 2020 Chevrolet Blazer repaired in less than one full day. A troublesome dash light was diagnosed and fixed as promised. I’ve had no further problems.

Ultimately, I got sold a car that the parking break

Ultimately, I got sold a car that the parking break doesn't work. I brought it back and they had it for two weeks and said it was fixed. I trusted them that it was. When I got home, 30 minutes away, it still does not work. I have no idea how it passed multiple rounds of inspections without the emergency break working. It wouldn't pass a safety inspection like that so I don't know how they passed it in the service department. This was after the wheel came off during the test drive due to negligence and the check engine light coming on immediately after taking possession the first time. And the communication was poor the entire time from Devante. Nice guy, but doesn't know when to prioritize a slightly higher touch approach for a customer. I'm exploring my options in what to do now.

This is the second car purchase from Capitol Chevrolet.

This is the second car purchase from Capitol Chevrolet. I went to the dealership to have a state inspection completed on my car, with no intention of trading vehicles. While waiting on my car, I walked around the lot looking over the inventory and an Equinox caught my eye. The salesman was very nice and helpful. I did a test drive, got the payment I needed and left the dealership with a new vehicle. Thank you Capitol Chevrolet!
